Familiar forms, thoughtfully reimagined.
I creates contemporary ceramic objects inspired by the everyday. Each piece begins with something familiar and is transformed through material, colour, and craftsmanship into an object that invites curiosity.

[ My Journey ]
I started this studio shortly after graduating from university. Like many new graduates, I spent months trying to figure out what came next. After half a year of searching for work, I decided to stop waiting for the right opportunity and build something of my own.
That decision became the beginning of everything I make today.
From the beginning, I wanted to create objects that felt genuinely original. Rather than repeating what already exists, I’m interested in reimagining familiar forms through clay. A fortune cookie, a turnip, or a small vase can all become something unexpected while still feeling familiar.
I believe every object carries a story. Sometimes it’s playful, sometimes it’s personal, and sometimes it’s simply found in the way an object is used. At the same time, I believe functional ware should remain functional. If I make a vase, it should hold flowers beautifully. If I make a mug, it should feel comfortable in your hands. Story and function should never compete. They should complement one another.
Every piece is designed and handmade in my Waterloo, Ontario studio.
At the Studio
Original Ideas
Every collection begins with a concept, not a trend. I enjoy transforming familiar objects into something unexpected.
Made by Hand
Every piece is designed, formed, glazed, and finished in my studio.
Small Batch
I make in small quantities, allowing each collection to evolve naturally over time.
Made to Be Used
Function matters just as much as form. If a piece is meant to be used, it should work beautifully.
